Owner and Operations

Breakdowns, Appraisal orders, Financial institution selection,
Advertisement/Marketing, Sub-contractor pricing, Sub-contractor selection,
Quality control, Project manager/Superintendent, Accounts payable & receivable.

2006 – 2006; Lake City
Custom Homes- General Contractor
Acting General Contractor for all projects being
Constructed by Lake City Custom Homes. In charge of the scheduling and quality
control of the sub-contractors. Over see all the financing, bank draws, lot
contracts, Home contracts, Land Acquisition, and Lending processes.
2005 - 2006; Hollister Homes & Bristlecone Development Group – General
Contractor/Project Manager
Responsible for the selection of Sub-contractors,
Superintendents and all employees. Deal with all negotiations of sub-contractor
pricing. Control quality and completion of every home constructed by both
Hollister Homes and Bristlecone Development Group. Command the selection of
plans and the responsibility to collect plans from the Architect/Engineer, and
turn into the city. Responsible for training and production of all
superintendents. Participate in marketing and sales of all homes through
interaction with company Owners and Sales Agents. Ensure that company growth,
production, and profitability maintain a positive course.
2003 - 2005; Desert
Point Builders – Superintendent
Supervise and coordinate the production of homes
from the beginning of construction until the final completion. Approximate build
time on Desert Point Builders homes was 59–90 days. Supervised 20+ homes at one
time.

Coordinated the scheduling and
verified the performance of all sub-contractors, inspections and walk throughs
with home-owners. Responsible for quality control and meeting the construction
schedule
2001 - 2003; Cobalt Homes - Superintendent
Supervised and over saw the work of
all employees and subcontractors. Responsible to meet client expectations and
ensure all work is completed correctly and on time. Command business reviews,

2000 - Present; Triton Builders – Owner Entrepreneur;
Started my own small shed
and building business. Specialized in steel framing and drywall. Worked both
residential and commercial sites. Used computer related programs to maintain and
oversee business operations.
1996 -2000; Commercial Construction – Journeyman Framer/Drywall
As the General
Contractor Built the Technology Law Center in Lehi UT . Won the Saratoga
Springs Police Department bid and completed the build out for the cities new
Police Department. Supervised Jobs as lead man. Journeyman in steel framing and
drywall. Worked on multiple commercial jobs, from Dillards to local Trucking
company’s head-quarters. Worked for several large steel framing and drywall
companies. Alpine Drywall, Daw Inc., Clayco., Icon Construction, and B&K
drywall.
1993 -1997; Atlas Builders – Supervisor/Part Owner
Built custom sheds and garages.
Acted as Owner/ Supervising Foreman. Oversaw employees, evaluated job
performance and contracted new business.
COMMERCIAL PROJECTS
Anytime Fitness – Constructed this Custom fitness center located in Saratoga
Springs Utah off of S.R 73 in 3 months time. As General Contractor I supervised
all aspects of the job Including inspections and Client reviews and concerns.
Technology Law Center – Worked as the General Contractor on the design and
building of a corporate law firms new office building located in Lehi, UT.
Oversaw all the construction of the job from raw ground to final completion.
Saratoga Springs Police Department – Was chosen as the contractor to build out
the new Saratoga Springs Police Department. Demolished a former doctors office
located behind Smith’s food and Drug in Saratoga Springs and rebuild the
interior office space to the new specifications of the Police Chief and city
officials.
Dillards Department Store – Worked as a Journeyman for Daw Construction Company.
As a Journeyman we were responsible for overseeing and completing the steel
framing of the building and the drywall and the structure.
Reception Center at Thanksgiving Point – Worked for ClayCo. A prominent Utah
county company as a Journeyman. Charged with completing the steel framing and
drywall of the Reception center.
Thanksgiving Point Dinosaur Museum – Worked as a Journeyman for ClayCo. Framed
and dry walled intricate and detailed areas and locations of the museum.
Lindon Business Offices – Worked with ClayCo. As a Journeyman framer in steel
and drywall to complete the offices of two different adjoining buildings of
local Business Owners and Attorneys.
Go Code – Worked with I-con Construction as a Journeyman Framer/Dry Waller.
Completed the framing of this Draper Computer Programming facility and parts of
the other two buildings adjacent on each side.
Arrow America Plaza – Worked for I-Con Construction framing and doing the
drywall for a Murray based Company. Framed tall walls and additional fire walls
separating the office from the warehouse.
Dick Simon Trucking Headquarters – Worked for Alpine Drywall Co. We were
responsible for the framing of parts of the exterior and interior of the
building, including the drywall. The building has since been purchased by
CENTRAL REFRIDGERATION SERVICE located off of S.R 201
Kaysville Engineering Office – Worked for B&K Drywall as an Assistant
Superintendent / Journeyman. Framing, drywall, and door installs were the scope
of work performed during this job for the Engineers Office building
Law Offices of Duval, Haws, Moodys, & Frei – Worked for ClayCo. as a Journeyman
Steel Framer and Dry Waller. We framed the interior separation wall from office
to office, and the Penthouse located on top of the Building. Custom exterior
framing was also done at the request of the owners.
